Responsibilities

• Recognize Live Nation Executives and VIPs to ensure premium hospitality.
• Serve as information resource for Guests in lounges and music areas.
• Inform guests about timing of supporting acts and headliners.
• Collaborate with other positions to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain liaison with Ancillary Manager, Bar Staff and Servers on guest arrivals.
