Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium client relations, including CRM or clienteling strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience coaching and motivating sales professionals.
• Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, communication skills, and business acumen.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and ability to navigate a multi-level retail floor and carry materials up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage top-tier client portfolios and develop strategies for retention, increased spending, and portfolio growth.
• Lead client development programs and monitor clienteling KPIs to identify opportunities and address performance gaps.
• Coach associates on clienteling tools, CRM technology, and personalized customer engagement.
• Partner with store leadership and Brand Experience teams on VIP programs, events, and client activations.
• Engage high-value clients and support sales teams in delivering elevated experiences.
