Brobston Group is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional sales and customer service in a luxury retail environment in Houston. You will build client relationships, meet sales goals, and support floor upkeep and inventory management.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in luxury retail, outstanding communication, and a proactive, energetic, sales-driven mindset. Proficiency with POS systems, Word, Excel, and email is expected.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and grow a personal business through selling, client-book use, mailings, and post-sale follow-up.
• Consistently exceed monthly sales goals and establish weekly sales plans and selling strategies.
• Maintain the visual presentation and general upkeep of the selling floor.
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on suitable products, including custom design pieces.
• Assist with inventory maintenance in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
