Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a Guest Services Associate to effectively communicate the Player’s Club program, determine eligibility for complimentary services, inform guests of all aspects of the Player’s Club, and promote the program on the casino floor.

You will service guests at booths and the VIP room, coordinate comps for mid-to-high-end players, and assist with events while upholding Illinois Gaming Regulations and delivering top-tier guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two months of on-the-job training or related customer service experience.
• Computer literacy with good oral and written English communication.
• Multilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates an atmosphere that encourages guests to choose the casino and builds guest relations.
• Service at customer service booths, VIP room, and assist in events.
• Promotes and explains the Player’s Club to guests on the casino floor.
• Coordinate comp paperwork for rooms, meals, events and transportation.
• Ensure compliance with Illinois Gaming Regulations and handle guest inquiries promptly.
