Job summary

Golden Nugget Las Vegas is seeking a Casino Marketing Executive (Executive Casino Host) to service in-house guests, manage comps and room reservations, and foster relationships to grow repeat patronage.

The role requires building a network of high-value players, coordinating across departments, and hosting events to drive revenue while upholding the brand values of Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows and Excel applications required.
• Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
• Minimum age requirement is 21.

Responsibilities

• Grow active customer net profitability on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Assist with floor and desk duty coverage.
• Foster relationships with cross-property hosts for referrals.
• Assist with the training of all new CME's to assure adherence to policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and mediate between departments for casino patrons.
• Handle disputes with VIP guests.
• Build relationships with 250+ ADW level players to reach quarterly goals.
• Make a minimum of 125 telemarketing calls per week.
• Arrange accommodations including room reservations, limo transport, restaurant and entertainment bookings.
• Host at least one player development event annually to drive incremental gaming revenue.
• Meet and greet limo guests when scheduled.
• Make sound comp and credit decisions.
• Promote future events.
• Attend and assist with special event registrations/drawings/receptions.
• Maintain host desk supplies and alert IT to issues.
• Meet and greet key players on floor as scheduled.
• Maintain positive rapport with coworkers and other departments.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Present and maintain a professional appearance.
• Create and participate in teamwork.
• Respond to phone calls, emails and alerts promptly.
• Meet quarterly host net profit, event, and concert goals.
