Job summary

The Post Oak in Cripple Creek, CO seeks a Casino Host to develop and nurture relationships with Golden Nugget VIPs, handling calls, emails, and direct mail while maintaining VIP data records. You will coordinate offers, hotel stays, and other amenities to drive visits and loyalty.

Responsibilities include updating the Super Playmate CRM, supporting personalized VIP services, and monitoring competitors’ promotions to identify new VIPs while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and club

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communications preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in casino operations, player development, hospitality, guest services, sales, or a related customer-facing role preferred.
• Previous experience as a Casino Host, VIP Host, Player Development Representative, or similar role strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of casino marketing programs, player rewards systems, and CRM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategy to build and maintain relationships with Golden Nugget VIPs through: phone calls to VIPs with valid numbers; personalized emails; direct mail to valid addresses.
• Learn and record VIP information to establish rapport (birthday, marital status, game preferences, communication preferences).
• Update and manage VIP contact information in the Super Playmate database.
• Market/sell casino offers, promotions, hotel stays and other amenities to drive incremental visitation.
• Assist VIPs with personalized needs such as hotel or restaurant reservations.
• Periodically survey and monitor surrounding competition concerning club points, promotions, and progress.
• Identify players with the potential to become a VIP.
• Issue discretionary comps (food, gas, hotel) based on play to build loyalty.
• Assist with Special marketing and promotion events.
• Be knowledgeable of all Player’s Club operations.
• Performs assigned Player Development duties within deadlines.

Overview

• Develops and maintains effective relationships with current and potential Golden Nugget VIPs.
• Operates in compliance with Colorado Limited Gaming Act and other applicable municipal, state, and federal laws or regulations.
• Phone calls to VIPs with valid phone numbers.
• Emails to VIPs without valid phone number but with valid email address.
• Postal mail to VIPs without valid phone number or valid email address.
• Daily analytic reports for VIP status progression.
• Quarterly bonus eligibility based on job and player performance.

Responsibilities

  • Personalized emails to customers with a valid email address.
  • Direct Mail/Notes to VIPs with a valid physical mailing address.
  • Learn and record VIP information to establish a rapport (ex. Birthday, marital status, game preferences, communication preferences, etc.
• Update and manage VIP contact information in the Super Playmate database.
• Market/sell casino offers, promotions, hotel stays and other amenities to drive incremental visitation.
• Assist VIPs with personalized needs such as, but not inclusive of, hotel or restaurant reservations.

Pay Range

USD $57,784.00 - USD $57,784.00 /Yr.
