Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in marketing, events, hospitality, guest services, or admin support.
• Casino/entertainment/event coordination experience a plus.
• Strong guest services and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing, Casino Marketing, and National Marketing teams.
• Assist with floor greets and VIP guest services at events.
• Coordinate campaigns, promotions, and materials with adherence to guidelines.
• Maintain accurate data, reporting, and inventory for marketing collateral.
• Serve as frontline rep for charter guests and national programs.
