Responsibilities

• Initiates phone contact with premium patrons to drive trips.
• Resolves high-end patrons' requests/disputes.
• Maintains detailed records of premium patron comments.
• Welcomes guests and provides exceptional customer service.
• Develops relationships with VIP casino guests to ensure incremental visits.
• Oversees hospitality for identified guests.
• Meets and greets players on casino floor and at events.
• Retention of existing guests.
• Promotes club cards and assists with club applications.
• Follows safety rules and communicates effectively with staff and guests.
• Attends marketing functions.
• Must be available weekends, holidays, and nights.
