Gold Country Casino Resort in Oroville, CA seeks a dynamic Casino Host/Ambassador to develop and manage a VIP program, drive guest loyalty, and grow high-value play through personalized outreach.

You will collaborate with Marketing leadership to design ROI-driven promotions, maintain player data and host events, coordinating with on‑property teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Formación

• Associates Degree preferred; two years casino Host/Ambassador experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Experience using a player tracking system and MS Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage the Host/Ambassador Program with on-property communications and events.
• Build relationships with high-value VIP players and drive loyalty and revenue.
• Prepare and distribute player data reports; analyze ROI and program effectiveness.
• Coordinate VIP events, guest reservations, and showroom activities.
• Ensure compliance with casino policies and maintain high guest satisfaction.
