Job summary

Gold Country Casino & Hotel in Oroville, CA seeks a Casino Host/Ambassador to develop VIP relationships and drive player loyalty. You will manage programs, coordinate events, and maximize revenue through targeted guest offers and personal outreach.

Responsibilities include analyzing play trends, reporting results, and guiding staffing to achieve ROI while maintaining exceptional guest experiences. 2-year Host/Ambassador experience preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Associates Degree preferred. In lieu of an Associate’s Degree, two (2) year of Casino experience in the Host/Ambassador role.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality; self-starter and responsible.
Two (2) year experience utilizing a player tracking system; proficient in Microsoft Office.
Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a cost-efficient player development program to boost guest satisfaction and play.
Own relationships with VIP players and groups; drive retention and growth of high value guests.
Coordinate Host/Ambassador programs; manage on-property communications and events.
Analyze player activity, reports, and ROI; adjust offers and staffing accordingly.
Participate in budgeting and review processes for Player Development programs.
