Job summary

You will manage guest relationships, coordinate meals and event reservations, and promote the Caesars Rewards program to invitees and VIP guests. Regular travel to events may be required; a professional appearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain valid gaming license.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Experience with word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to be physically mobile and stand/walk 8–12 hour shifts.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Regular and punctual attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Directly host high-end guests and maintain player development accounts to build loyalty.
• Circulate casino floor meeting new guests and greet familiar guests by name to develop player base.
• Promote Caesars reward program to qualified gaming guests; invite guests to utilize club amenities.
• Award compliments based on gaming action and program guidelines.
• Coordinate guest visits including meals and show reservations and assist with questions and requests.
• Assist in organizing special functions and telemarketing for events or visits.
• Contact guests by phone, mail, or personal visits to increase trip frequency.
• Attend off-property functions as a company representative.
• Mentor casino hosts on player development practices.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
