You will liaise between VIP guests, marketing, and casino management to promote satisfaction and loyalty.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, prior casino experience, and the ability to learn multiple tracking systems.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or GED.
Colorado Gaming License must be obtainable and maintained.
Previous casino experience with knowledge of casino operations helpful.
Excellent interpersonal, public relations, and customer service skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and casino tracking systems.
Ability to learn multiple systems (CMS, AS-400, LMS).
Willingness to undergo random drug testing.

Responsibilities

Provide superior guest service and maintain positive relationships with guests and staff.
Identify, develop, and retain VIP players to boost loyalty and engagement.
Evaluate activity to determine complimentary services and amenities.
Communicate with VIPs about services, promotions, and events via phone, mail, and on-floor.
Conduct outbound calls, including a high volume of cold calls weekly.
Collaborate with Marketing for events, tournaments, and promos.
Serve as liaison between guests and management for issue resolution.
Complete reports and administrative duties in a timely manner.
Review player activity and promotions with Marketing Operations Manager.
Provide feedback on VIP preferences and trends to management.
Complete required company training within deadlines.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
