Job summary

TOGE seeks an experienced Casino Host - VIP & Player Development in Waddell, AZ. You will develop and maintain relationships with top-tier guests, coordinate programs and events, and drive loyalty and gaming revenue through personalized service and strategic reinvestment.

You will lead a small team, manage budgets, monitor performance, and collaborate with casino staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding TOGE policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus three years' experience as a Casino Host or in Casino Marketing.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen.
• Must pass background investigation and obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with top-tier guests to increase loyalty and revenue.
• Oversees and leads to ensure smooth operation of Players Development.
• Assists in hiring, termination, and discipline of Player Development team members.
• Assists with planning and budget preparation for the department.
• Monitors performance and ensures compliance with policies.
• Generates casino revenue through VIP accounts and guest relationships.
