Job summary

Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprises (TOGE) seeks a casino host to develop guest relationships, manage premium players, and promote events and programs across the property. You will track player profitability, enroll guests, and coordinate hospitality perks while maintaining top-tier guest service standards.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and familiarity with player tracking systems. Evening and weekend shifts may be required to support events and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus two years in casino marketing or players club.
• Ability to use casino player tracking systems and reports.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and manage win/loss to determine value and reinvestment.
• Develop player relationships to minimize defection and drive loyalty.
• Generate and analyze player reports and maintain profiles for comp decisions.
• Assist casino staff to promote a cooperative work environment.
• Enroll new premium guests into player tracking systems and provide hospitality arrangements within guidelines.
• Promote casino events and maintain knowledge of promotions across property and community.
• Prepare reports documenting guest interactions and feedback for management.
