Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Colorado is seeking an Executive Casino Host to deliver exceptional guest service and build VIP relationships for personalized gaming experiences.

You will coordinate with marketing and management to drive guest loyalty, evaluate player activity for perks, and engage VIPs through calls and on-floor interactions. A Colorado Gaming License is required or must be obtainable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred and Colorado Gaming License required or able to obtain.
• Prior casino experience with knowledge of casino operations and marketing practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, public relations and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and casino tracking systems (CMS, AS-400, LMS).
• Ability to learn and adapt to multiple systems within 90 days and comply with training timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service and maintain positive relationships with casino guests and team members.
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with VIP players to enhance loyalty.
• Evaluate player activity to determine complimentary services and amenities.
• Communicate with VIP players about casino services, promotions and events.
• Perform outbound telemarketing with a target of 100+ cold calls per week.
• Collaborate with Marketing on events, tournaments, and promotions.
• Serve as liaison between guests and management to resolve concerns.
