Maverick-Nv-LL in Wendover, NV, seeks an Executive Casino Host to deliver the ultimate VIP experience. You will build lasting relationships with high-value guests and coordinate across departments to tailor events and services.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to analyze guest activity and opportunities to enhance revenue while maintaining compliance with casino policies.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age and a high school graduate or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar casino host role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with high-value casino guests and provide personalized attention.
• Plan and organize special events and promotions for guests.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth casino services.
• Monitor guest activity to identify revenue opportunities and improve guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with casino regulations and policies.
• Maintain accurate records of guest activity and provide regular reports to management.
• Establish goals for daily communications for the Casino Host Program.
• Proven ability to resolve guest disputes and restore confidence in services.
• Work with departments to plan player events, tournaments, VIP dinners and themed events.
• Identify non-carded high-worth players and solicit them to join the players club.
• Develop host relationships with existing VIP players.
• Develop annual budgets and quarterly goals for the Casino Host Program.
• Collaborates with Executive Management to optimize room yield and revenue.
• Work with marketing to develop, execute, and evaluate marketing efforts.
