Wynn Resorts, Limited in Las Vegas seeks a Domestic Asian Marketing Executive Casino Host to acquire and retain high-value players. You’ll drive revenue, deliver personalized service, and coordinate across casino operations and VIP services to exceed guest expectations.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years as a casino host, strong relationship skills, and fluency in English with Asian language capabilities. This is a full-time on-site role with luxury brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a casino host or similar guest-relations role with strong service orientation.
• Fluent English with additional Asian language skills preferred (Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for telemarketing and guest greeting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to think independently, handle multiple tasks, and manage time effectively.

Responsabilités

• Grow revenue by developing one-on-one relationships with guests and delivering exceptional service.
• Explain casino games, promotions, and Red Card benefits; promote enrollments.
• Arrange reservations, transportation, and accommodations; handle guest needs promptly.
• Assist with player development events and VIP outreach; resolve issues with tact.
• Collaborate across casino operations, hotel, F&B, and VIP services.
