Qualifications

• Experience supervising in sports arenas, stadium luxury clubs, or large-scale luxury events.
• Ability to thrive in high-stress, high-volume environments with fast service pace.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for diverse teams.
• Experience with stadium POS platforms and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Elevate VIP hospitality by delivering elite service to guests and sponsors.
• Lead high-volume FOH teams across fast-paced event shifts.
• Ensure quality control of chef's tables, seating, and beverages.
• Oversee pre-event setup of premium club spaces.
• Enforce local liquor laws and arena policies on service times.
• Resolve real-time guest issues and POS outages during events.
