Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking part-time, event-based staff for Milwaukee venues in partnership with FISERV Forum, the Milwaukee Bucks, and Marquette Eagles. The role offers competitive wages at $18.70 per hour and union position status.

You will contribute to a memorable guest experience through teamwork and Levy’s standards. Responsibilities include serving, upselling, maintaining service areas, cash handling, and following safety and sanitation practices.

Qualifications

• 1 year serving experience in upscale/high-volume environment
• Able to communicate effectively with guests/managers in English
• Must be ServSafe certified
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol with required certifications
• Lifts/transports up to 30 lbs and stands/walks during shift
• Clear English reading/writing/math skills required
• Potential hazards include slips, trips, burns, etc.
• Able to interact professionally in VIP environments and maintain discretion

Responsibilities

• Completes steps of service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Establishes rapport with guests/members and upsells when appropriate
• Acts with urgency and provides friendly, efficient service
• Maintains appearance guidelines for the location
• Describes menu offerings, packaging and pricing to guests
• Responds to guest needs and requests
• Maintains service areas and communicates issues to management
• Follows Levy Restaurants guidelines and safety procedures; uses POS correctly
• Demonstrates teamwork and supports fellow employees
• Adheres to all training and SOPs in the handbook
