Qualifications

A premium Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor for an arena's front-of-house (FOH) staff oversees premium club spaces during major sporting events and concerts. They manage high-volume hospitality operations where speed must match elite, five-star service standards.

Core Responsibilities
  • Elevate VIP Hospitality: Deliver elite service to guests, sponsors, and VIP ticket holders to maintain the stadium's premium brand.
  • Lead High-Volume Teams: Supervise, motivate, and deploy a large FOH team—including premium club servers, bartenders, runners, and hosts—across fast-paced event shifts.
  • Ensure Rapid Quality Control: Monitor the presentation and delivery of chef's tables, guest seating, and premium beverages to ensure they meet strict quality standards under tight event timelines.
  • Manage Pre-Event Logistics: Oversee the setup of premium club spaces prior to doors opening.
  • Drive Alcohol Compliance: Strictly enforce local liquor laws, protocols, and arena policies regarding responsible alcohol service and cut-off times.
  • Resolve Real-Time Issues: Act as the immediate point of contact for high-profile guest complaints, technical point-of-sale failures, or sudden staffing shortages during live events.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven background supervising in sports arenas, stadium luxury clubs, high-end concert venues, or large-scale luxury hotel banquets.
  • Event-Driven Agility: Ability to thrive in high-stress, high-volume environments where service pace is dictated by pre-game rushes, halftimes, and intermissions.
  • Polished Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills to manage a diverse group of people while interacting professionally.
  • Large-Scale POS Proficiency: Experience managing stadium-level hospitality platforms and inventory software such as Clover Sport (formerly Bypass).
  • Flexible Availability: Commitment to working non-traditional hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays aligned with the arena's event schedule.
