Job summary

Triumph is seeking a VIP Account Manager to own a dedicated book of high-value players and be their single point of contact. You will act as concierge, trusted friend, and problem-solver, delivering personalized experiences and rapid issue resolution.

You’ll build strong, one-on-one relationships through text, calls, and email, while coordinating exclusive perks and events to delight players and grow their engagement with Triumph.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in VIP account management or high-value client roles.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Fluent in gaming culture and player behavior.
• Strong organizational skills to manage many relationships.
• Data-aware with ability to read dashboards and act on metrics.
• Self-directed with high judgment and discretion.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own a dedicated book of high-value players and be their single point of contact.
• Build genuine, one-on-one relationships via text, call, and email.
• Coordinate personalized gifting, exclusive perks, and events.
• Own friction resolution end-to-end for payouts, tech, or promos.
• Share player insights to shape VIP program and roadmap.
• Follow and improve SOPs for outreach, escalation, and compliance.
