Triumph is seeking a VIP Activation Lead to build and scale the VIP function for our Rips and Arcade apps. Lead activation from qualification to host handoff, shaping workflows, CRM practices, and playbooks that turn prospects into engaged VIP hosts.

You will analyze user data to identify promising prospects, initiate personalized outreach, and foster lasting relationships across product, engineering, and operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in relationship-driven sales, business development, customer activation, VIP services, or similar customer-facing role.
• Track record turning initial conversations into lasting customer relationships.
• Experience building or improving a process, including outreach workflows, CRM practices, or team playbooks.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the judgment to personalize approaches without being intrusive.
• Excellent organization and follow-through across a pipeline of active conversations.
• Comfort using data to prioritize work, evaluate results, and adjust methods.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across VIP, product, engineering, and operations.
• Experience with consumer apps, gaming, collectibles, hospitality, or concierge services is a plus; hiring/coaching sales teams is valuable.

Responsabilités

• Build the VIP activation function by establishing prospect review, outreach prioritization, follow-ups, and handoffs to VIP hosts.
• Turn customer insights into qualified prospects by evaluating data and deciding whom to outreach.
• Own player outreach: start personalized conversations, learn interests, explain the VIP experience, and maintain relationships.
• Develop outreach playbooks: messaging, contact strategies, and approaches for different user interests across Rips and Arcade.
• Shape the CRM: define pipeline stages, required info, activity tracking, reminders, and reporting with product/engineering partners.
• Coordinate incentives with VIP leadership, track cost and results of offers.
• Deliver strong host handoffs with complete context and introductions.
• Measure and improve performance: track prospect quality, responses, pipeline progression, and long-term results.
• Help build the team by documenting best practices and assisting with onboarding and coaching as the function grows.
• Maintain player trust by handling data per Triumph policies and safety procedures.
