Job summary

Triumph is seeking a VIP Activation Lead to build and scale a dedicated activation function within our VIP department. You will identify promising users, start meaningful conversations, and cultivate those relationships into VIP host partnerships.

You’ll own the activation process from initial qualification through handoff, collaborating with product, engineering, and VIP leadership to define pipeline stages, data tracking, and playbooks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in relationship-driven or customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to convert conversations into lasting relationships.
• Experience building workflows, CRM practices, or playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Build the VIP activation function from the ground up.
• Define review, outreach, and handoff processes for prospects.
• Turn customer insights into qualified prospects and engage them.
• Own outreach and tailor conversations to user interests across Rips and Arcade.
• Develop outreach playbooks, messaging, and contact strategies.
• Shape and refine the CRM, pipeline stages, and reporting with product and engineering.
• Coordinate incentives and track cost and results.
• Deliver strong host handoffs with complete context for success.
• Measure performance and help recruit and coach the activation team.
