Job summary

Triumph is seeking a VIP Activation Lead to build and scale the VIP function for Rips and Arcade. You will identify promising users, start conversations, and develop those relationships into VIP host partnerships.

You’ll own activation from qualification through handoff, shaping workflows, CRM practices, and playbooks that scale the program. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to define pipeline stages, track outcomes, and coordinate incentives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in relationship-driven sales, business development, customer activation, VIP services, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• A track record of turning initial conversations into lasting customer relationships.
• Experience building or improving a process, including outreach workflows, CRM practices, or team playbooks.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the judgment to personalize an approach without making it feel intrusive.
• Excellent organization and follow-through across a pipeline of active conversations.
• Comfort using data to prioritize work, evaluate results, and change an approach when the evidence calls for it.
• The ability to work independently, make practical decisions, and collaborate across VIP, product, engineering, and operations.
• Experience with consumer apps, gaming, collectibles, hospitality, or concierge services is a plus. Experience hiring or coaching a sales or customer-facing team is also valuable.

Responsibilities

• Build the VIP activation function: establish review, outreach, and handoff processes.
• Turn customer insights into qualified prospects.
• Own player outreach: start personalized conversations and build relationships.
• Develop outreach playbooks: messaging and contact strategies for different user interests.
• Shape the CRM: define pipeline stages, required information, tracking, reminders, and reporting.
• Coordinate incentives: track cost and results of offers.
• Deliver strong host handoffs with context and introductions.
• Measure and improve performance across pipeline and activation outcomes.
• Help build the team through recruitment, onboarding, and coaching.
• Maintain player trust in line with Triumph’s policies.
