MARTIN FAMILY BRANDS LLC in Romulus, NY is seeking a hands-on Vineyard Technician to join our winery team and help produce high-quality grapes from vine to harvest. This outdoor role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has an eye for detail in viticulture and winemaking processes.

This position requires readiness for variable weather, long hours during harvest, and collaboration with vineyard and winery staff to ensure fruit quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Vineyard experience preferred.
• Associate's degree in Viticulture or related field ideal.
• Interest in viticulture and winemaking.
• Wine knowledge helpful but not required.
• Basic mathematical and computer literacy.

Join Our Vineyard Team

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Vineyard Technician to join our winery team and play an important role in producing high-quality grapes from vine to harvest. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in detailed work, and has an interest in viticulture and the winemaking process. The Vineyard Technician will work closely with our vineyard and winery teams to maintain healthy vines, support seasonal vineyard operations, and help ensure the quality and consistency of our fruit.

• Perform all duties with the highest standard of quality and cleanliness.

Education/Experience:

• Any previous vineyard experience is preferred

Work Schedule:

This position will require days, nights, weekends, and flexibility to work at our other locations. Longer hours are required during the Harvest period.
