Job summary

Wise Villa Vineyard is seeking a dedicated Vineyard/Groundskeeper to maintain our landscapes through vineyard maintenance, irrigation management, and general grounds upkeep. This position starts part-time with a clear path to full-time based on performance.

You will operate tractors, mowers, sprayers, and other vineyard equipment, perform pruning, planting, weed control, and pest management, and collaborate with management to schedule seasonal tasks while prioritizing safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or agriculture is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to vineyard setting and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vineyard and landscape quality through seasonal tasks.
• Perform irrigation system repairs and adjustments.
• Operate and maintain vineyard equipment (tractors, mowers, sprayers).
• Collaborate with management to plan seasonal tasks and priorities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and safe operation of equipment.
