YKHC Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation is seeking a Community Health Aide/Practitioner to deliver primary, acute, chronic and preventive care at village clinics across rural southwest Alaska. The role requires residency in the village or willingness to relocate, with itinerant coverage across YKHC villages.

The position includes travel for basic trainings and year-round service, with potential to serve as Lead Health Aide.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read, write and perform math at basic level per TABE.

Aufgaben

• Provide primary, acute, chronic and preventive health care and emergency care at the village clinic.
• Travel to Bethel or training sites for basic trainings and other required trainings.
• Be able to float to other YKHC villages as assigned and provide year-round coverage.
