Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Sky Villas Services Coordinator for the Aria Sky Villas to anticipate guest needs and deliver service with sophistication, creating seamless, memorable experiences for villa guests.

You will assist butlers, coordinate personal services, and maintain knowledge of beverage options and room layouts to support flawless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of prior relevant experience, preferably in Hotel Operations or Guest Services.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Butlers in delivering timely and complete services to Villa guests
• Handle guest food and beverage orders with the appropriate restaurant and/or In-Room Dining
• Assist with arranging personal services and expedite transportation, restaurant, and spa reservations as well as other personal services
• Inspect table setups to ensure cleanliness, accuracy, and compliance with guest orders and departmental standards
• Maintain the Butler's pantry, kitchen, storage areas, and other assigned areas in a clean, organized, and serviceable condition
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic beverages, wines, champagne, guest room layouts, and room locations/names

THE STARTING RATE

$19.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Assist Butlers in delivering timely and complete services to Villa guests
• Handle guest food and beverage orders with the appropriate restaurant and/or In-Room Dining
• Assist with arranging personal services and expedite transportation, restaurant, and spa reservations as well as other personal services
• Inspect table setups to ensure cleanliness, accuracy, and compliance with guest orders and departmental standards
• Maintain the Butler's pantry, kitchen, storage areas, and other assigned areas in a clean, organized, and serviceable condition
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic beverages, wines, champagne, guest room layouts, and room locations/numbers/names

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years of prior relevant experience, preferably in Hotel Operations or Guest Services
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
