Responsibilities

• Perform opening side duties: stock glassware, napkins, straws, and supplies.
• Know liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic options offered on the casino floor.
• Enter orders into the system and ensure transmission is verified.
• Provide knowledgeable responses to guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions.
• Resolve guest complaints within authority; escalate to management as needed.
• Complete Restaurant Training Program and pass testing.

THE JOB

The Beverage Lounge Server at Aria delivers exceptional, personalized service in an upscale lounge environment. This role is responsible for taking and serving beverage orders with precision and efficiency while creating a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING RATE

$14.5055 Hourly + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Complete opening side duties fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supply cabinet, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies
• Knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor
• Knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink
• Communicate order into system through Bartender; ensure transmission is verified
• Knowledge of Hotel services and features as well as local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
• Successful completion of Restaurant Training Program and testing is required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Is 21+ years of age
• 6+ Months of prior relevant experience as a Cocktail and/or food server in a similar environment preferred
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• Cash-handling experience preferred
