Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Villa Services Coordinator to be the heartbeat of a luxury guest experience. You set the tone from first contact and anticipate needs to make moments extraordinary.

With 2+ years in guest service and a passion for high-end hospitality, you will manage in-room dining, transportation and spa appointments while supporting Butlers in delivering complete services to Villa guests.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of guest service experience preferred
• Experience in luxury resort/hotel environment preferred
• Able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Handle guest food and beverage orders via restaurant or In-Room Dining
• Coordinate transportation reservations and restaurant reservations
• Assist Butlers in delivering timely services to guests
• Assist in arranging personal services (haircutting, styling, manicure, massage) for Villa guests
• Know wine/champagne descriptions by the glass and wine list details

THE JOB

THE STARTING RATE

$19.00/hr

THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Handle guest food and beverage orders with the appropriate restaurant and/or In-Room Dining
• Expedite requests for transportation reservations, restaurant reservation, Spa appointments
• Assist Butlers in delivering timely and complete services to the guests
• Assist in the arrangement of personal services, such as haircutting and styling, manicure, massage, etc. for Villa guests
• Knowledgeable of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available; the particular characteristics and description of every wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list and guest room layout; locations and room numbers/names

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Holds a High School Diploma or GED
• Brings 2+ years of guest service experience, with a strong focus on delivering elevated, memorable interactions preferred
• Experience in a luxury resort, hotel, or similar high-end environment is highly preferred
• Willing and able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
