IHM Outdoors is seeking a Resort Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the resort housekeeping team and ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained. The role requires coordinating staff, managing supplies, and upholding safety standards.

Applicants should have housekeeping experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a hospitality setting. This full-time role includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1-year prior housekeeping/cleaning experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of general janitorial work.
• Knowledge of safety measures when using various cleaning chemicals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email, the internet, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations and performance of the Resort Housekeepers.
• Ensure rental units, bath houses, offices, and meeting areas are clean and properly maintained.
• Coordinate team member selection and development and ensure compliance with policies.
• Inspect and approve the team’s work performance.
• Place orders for cleaning materials and maintain budget within guidelines.
• Ensure supply for rentals is adequately stocked and prices are obtained.
• Ensure all operations and safety procedures are followed.
• Respond to guests' inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
