Vision Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee room cleanliness, assist with cleaning when required, and ensure a consistently high standard of guest service. You will lead a team, uphold brand standards, and respond to guest needs with professionalism.

The role requires strong teamwork, safety awareness, and the ability to work a flexible schedule across a 24/7 operation to deliver outstanding experiences.

Qualifications

• Maintain confidentiality of company information and guest data.
• Ensure safety and security of guests, associates, and hotel assets.
• Know fire alarm system and evacuation procedures.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and corridors.
• Assist in cleaning rooms when needed.
• Provide courteous, attentive service to guests and associates.
• Ensure rooms are guest-ready and report deficiencies to maintenance or housekeeping leadership.
• Actively support brand standards and property procedures.
