Job summary

Fresha is seeking an exceptional Account Manager to join our global business and drive revenue growth and retention for the Fresha platform. You will report to the Team Lead Account Management and work with commercial, marketing, and product teams to nurture long-term partner relationships.

This role requires hands-on collaboration, autonomous work style, and a passion for delivering impact in a fast-changing environment. All Fresha employees work from the office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in account management with proven revenue growth.
• 2–3 years managing full sales cycle from onboarding to revenue generation.
• Experience selling into SMB and SaaS, with ability to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Drive monetization, revenue growth, and retention by engaging partners with the Fresha value proposition.
• Analyze reports and execute plans to upsell and increase revenue from existing accounts.
• Build strong partner relationships through face-to-face and video meetings.
• Maintain consistent contact strategy across your portfolio to reduce churn.
