You will follow care plans, communicate with families and your team, and complete notes and documentation to ensure safety and well-being. A valid driver’s license and ODDS eligibility are required, with paid training and flexible shifts available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required.
• Able to pass state background checks and ODDS requirements.
• CPR/First Aid/AED or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support with clients.
• Assist with daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals.
• Follow care plans and document progress.
