Job summary

The TTCU Brand is seeking a Video Teller to assist members from a centralized location using ITM video transmissions. You will handle teller transactions, balance cash, answer questions, and guide members through products and services while complying with BSA and privacy requirements.

Hours are Monday–Friday, with Saturday shifts and a half-day midweek. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, accuracy, and the ability to adapt to changing member needs in a fast-paced financial

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Effective team player with open communication and reliability.
• Ability to learn proprietary software such as Keystone, OnBase, Touché, Concur and Cisco Agent Desktop.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions via ITM with accuracy and efficiency, balancing regularly.
• Support cross-sell goals by staying informed on products and using CRM to identify member needs.
• Provide accurate answers via Teller Now Video and phone, maintaining excellent member service.
