• Through video transmissions via the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), process member transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Contribute to cross-sell goals by staying informed on products and using CRM tools to refer appropriate services.
• Provide accurate, thorough answers to member questions via Teller Now Video and other channels while protecting confidentiality.
