Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via video and ITM with multiple programs simultaneously.
• Build relationships by listening, explaining Northwest products, and making referrals.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer to appropriate departments.
• Resolve routine issues; follow security and operating procedures in decisions.
• Explain Northwest policies to customers and support efficient transactions.
