Job summary

Qualtrics is seeking a Video Producer & Editor to launch and grow a slate of original video shows. You will work with editors, designers, and marketers to own the editorial lifecycle—from researching story angles to directing on-set logistics and interviewing guests.

The role demands strong narrative instincts, experience with booking guests, and on-camera hosting. This is a hybrid, globally minded team focused on scalable, brand-led content.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience producing interview-based, narrative, or corporate video content.
• Experience sourcing stories, booking guests, and writing narrative interview outlines.
• Practical experience managing shoot-day logistics and directing talent on set.
• Demonstrated comfort on camera with hosting or on-camera interviewing.
• Prior experience with brand-led content series, camera operation, or video editing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Launch engaging original content by researching story ideas and drafting interview outlines for new show slates.
• Build strong guest pipelines by outreach, vetting candidates, and scheduling from contact to shoot day.
• Deliver authentic on-screen narratives by directing interviews and guiding guests to compelling answers.
• Maintain show continuity by stepping in as an on-camera fill-in host when needed.
• Elevate post-production quality by collaborating with editors and designers to meet brand guidelines.
• Sustain operational efficiency by maintaining guest records and production tracking across shows.
