Cheil USA is seeking a hands-on Video Producer to manage projects from brief through final delivery. This role requires balancing creative goals with practical production needs in a fast-moving environment and collaborating across teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of producing experience in an advertising or production setting and can lead productions independently, including live content and multi-camera shoots. Plano-based, hybrid schedule with possible evenings or travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years producing experience in an advertising agency, production company, or similar.
• Experience leading productions independently in client-facing environments.
• Experience across commercial, branded, social, studio, location, and live content.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from brief through pre-production, production, post-production, approvals, delivery and wrap.
• Build scopes, estimates, budgets, schedules, staffing, vendor bids, and cost reconciliation.
• Translate concepts into practical production plans while protecting scope and budget.
• Produce a range of agency content including commercial, branded, social, studio and live content.
• Coordinate crews, studios, locations, equipment, talent, travel, releases and insurance.
• Oversee post-production workflows including editorial, motion graphics, color, sound, VFX/CGI as needed.
• Serve as day-to-day production partner to clients and internal teams.
• Identify risks, communicate solutions, and adapt to changing client needs.
