Quince is seeking a Paid Social Video Producer to lead end-to-end in-house shoots, from planning to post-production handoff. You will own on-set leadership, framing, pacing, and creative quality for performance-focused content.

This role demands hands-on shooting, lighting, talent direction, and cross-functional collaboration to scale our performance content engine. You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with Growth Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams to deliver modular assets

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8+ years of video production experience (DTC/fashion/beauty/lifestyle preferred).
• Experience with end-to-end shoot production and strong studio lighting/camera skills.
• Proficient in creating social-first, performance-driven content (framing, hooks, pacing).
• Hybrid producer/operator who can shoot, light, direct talent and solve on set.
• Experience producing high-volume photo/video assets in fast-paced studios.
• Excellent organization and media management; collaborates with post teams.
• Self-sufficient, adaptable, cross-functional, versatile producer.
• Talent booking/management experience.

Responsabilités

• Produce and lead 3–5 studio shoot days per week from planning through asset handoff.
• Translate performance briefs into scalable, test-ready video content.
• Lead visual execution on set including art direction and framing for quality.
• Coordinate with styling/merchandising on priority SKUs.
• Capture modular content for performance testing: hooks, CTAs, b-roll.
• Maintain high creative quality while balancing speed and testing volume.
• Partner with Growth Marketing to prioritize testing needs and content opportunities.
• Collaborate with editors during post-production to reflect strategy.
• Work with Brand and Creative teams for alignment.
• Keep organized file management and clean handoff to post-production.
