Qualtrics is growing its original video slate, seeking a Producer to launch and grow shows with editorial lifecycles from concept to on‑set execution. You’ll collaborate with editors, designers, and marketing to shape authentic narratives and elevated production quality.

The role requires strong storytelling, guest outreach, and on‑camera presence, with hybrid work in a fast-paced, people‑centric team.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience producing interview-based, narrative, or corporate video content.
• Experience sourcing stories, booking guests, and writing narrative outlines.
• Experience managing shoot-day logistics and directing talent on set.
• Comfort on camera with hosting or on-camera interviewing experience.
• Bonus: brand-led content series, camera operation, or editing experience.

Responsibilities

• Research story ideas, develop themes, and write interview outlines for new shows.
• Manage guest pipelines from outreach to shoot day.
• Direct on-set interviews and guide guests to compelling answers.
• Serve as on-camera fill-in host to maintain show continuity.
• Collaborate with editors/designers to meet brand guidelines and goals.
• Maintain guest records and production scheduling across active shows.
