Job summary

Google’s Large Customer Sales (LCS) team seeks a senior leader to guide a video sellers group across verticals. You will attract, develop, and retain talent, build trusted executive relationships, and deliver strategic advertising solutions that drive client growth.

You will forecast pipelines, partner with cross-functional teams, and communicate insights to executives while advancing ambitious strategies in the AI era.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
• Experience in video sales.
• Experience in leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of video sellers within the LCS team; attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Develop relationships with cross-functional partners to deliver insights and drive client growth.
• Manage sales forecasting and pipeline; analyze data trends and prepare presentations and narratives.
• Develop and foster C-Level relationships; drive growth with key accounts.
• Partner with leaders to empower sellers with forward-looking strategies.
