Spectrum is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Video Repair focus) to deliver friendly, accurate assistance to customers about Spectrum’s TV and video services. You will handle inbound calls, resolve billing questions, and troubleshoot service issues with a customer-first approach.

On-site role in the Morrisville area, with a variety of shifts including nights and weekends. Strong English communication, reliability, and multitasking are essential for success in a Fortune 100 environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls to address billing questions, account updates, subscriber challenges, and more.
• Troubleshoot and resolve TV/cable/video service issues over the phone.
• Provide friendly, patient service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Navigate computer systems to document interactions and resolve inquiries.
