Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Video Quality Control Specialist to monitor video footage of merchandise movement along automated conveyors and ensure correct loading onto transportation vehicles. You will be trained on core business applications and work with the team to improve operational outcomes.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication as you report discrepancies and collaborate with management and customers. Training on SAP and Delivery Tracking is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (advanced technical or related certifications are a plus).
• Demonstrated capacity to learn new software platforms quickly.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor video footage of merchandise movement along automated conveyor systems to ensure correct loading.
• Communicate discrepancies, issues or observations via email, phone, and in-person discussions with team members, management and customers.
• Learn and use Microsoft Office Suite, SAE website (Delivery Tracking) and SAP to support operation.
