Job summary

On-Target Supplies & Logistics, Ltd. is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to oversee all aspects of quality management within our shipping organization.

This role focuses on compliance with regulatory standards and driving continuous improvement across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with SAP, and the ability to collaborate with production and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of quality control experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with SAP and familiarity with ISO standards (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes.
• Conduct internal audits and manage quality documentation.
• Collaborate with production and logistics to resolve issues.
• Provide training on QC procedures and SAP system users.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
