ID Logistics US is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Control Clerk to verify order information and ensure readiness for shipment under the supervision of the Production Supervisor. The role emphasizes accuracy, data entry, and adherence to client standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position offers a Mon-Thu schedule from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM with overtime flexibility for training and peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using RF technology.
• Data entry proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check all finished goods to ensure information on pallets is correct before put away.
• Verify orders (SKU, quantity, packaging, quality).
• Review BOMs to stock utilized and updated procedures.
• Review job instructions and update or propose changes as needed.
• QC inbound and outbound shipments/transfers.
• Maintain attention to detail and multitask in a fast-paced warehouse.

Roles and Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Quality Control Clerk is a key role in ensuring and verifying the order information is correct and ready to be shipped. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the everyday standards of the ID Logistics client.

Schedule

Mon - Thur 2:30PM - 1:00AM. Must be flexible to work other shifts during the first two weeks for training purposes.

Compensation

$19.00 + $1.00 shift differential for hours worked

Essential Functions Of The Job

• Checks all finished goods ensuring all the information on the pallet is/are correct before it is put away.
• Order verification (correct SKU, quantity, packaging, and quality)
• Review of production Bill of Materials to stock utilized.
• Review production job instructions to actual activities performed by staff (update/modify or suggest changes as necessary)
• Manage damages.
• QC inbound and outbound shipments/transfers
• Attention to detail and able to multitask.
• Quality checks all pallets or box orders.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to transpose information paper to System spreadsheet or vice versa.
• Other Job functions or cross training could apply.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Used RF technology.
• Data entry
• Excel and Microsoft office

Preferred Not Required

• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Forklift Experience Minimum 1 year
• Operational experience preferred
• Understand SAP & experience working with a variety of WMS
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP Warehouse Management Systems
