You will partner with Marketing, Production, and international teams under the Content Director.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a production coordinator within the film and television industry.
• Exceptional project manager: highly organized, detail‑oriented, and communicative.
• Technical background in film/television production; strong post‑production tooling knowledge.
• Solutions‑oriented with the ability to think quickly and propose alternatives.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, and holding teams to timelines.
• Familiar with greenlighting content and providing feedback across stages.
• Proven ability to work on web/vertical series and mobisode productions.
• Appreciation for short‑form romantic dramas and mobile content.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage a multi‑show slate from concept through post‑production.
• Act as a bridge across Marketing, Production and International Teams.
• Direct development of teasers, trailers, posters, and related assets.
• Support on‑set production management, leadership, and quality control.
• Facilitate information flow across individuals and divisions.
• Own scheduling and adapt timelines to meet quarterly targets.
• Create proposals, pitches, and presentations to secure budgets and sign‑offs.
• Assist with events, junkets, shoots, and on‑set photography/VFX capture.
