Job summary

Job Opportunity

As a Video Production Coordinator, you will assist with the production of single‑camera and multi‑camera game broadcasts for FloSports during Babson home games.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down production equipment.
• Learn to create on‑screen graphics and content to promote Babson Athletics during broadcasts.
• Collaborate with Babson Athletics Communications staff on production plans for games.
• Operate the streaming computer, switching cameras, delivering graphics, and running commercials and ads during games.
• Manage video and ribbon boards during home volleyball and basketball matches.
• Assume additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Production Truck software or similar streaming video software; experience with FloSports is a plus.
• Ability to envision and propose new methods to perform tasks that support ET&A; take thoughtful risks and accept new initiatives, objectives, and solutions to achieve results.
• Ability to anticipate and embrace change; demonstrate willingness to achieve, acquire, and utilize new skills and challenging tasks; flexible in changing conditions.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion for all staff, student‑athletes, prospective student‑athletes, and stakeholders.
• Experience working in intercollegiate athletics, specifically in video production, game operations or communications, is a bonus.

Work Schedule

Must be available to work games on nights and weekends during the academic year.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a non‑exempt position with a pay range of $18–$20 per hour. The position includes paid sick leave where required by law. Eligibility, accrual, and usage follow applicable state and local regulations.
