We’re seeking a highly organized Creative Project Coordinator to coordinate video projects, perform quality assurance, and maintain smooth creative workflows. This is a full-time remote contractor position, with monthly pay of 1,800–2,500 USD depending on

Responsibilities

• Coordinate video projects from assignment through completion.
• Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables.
• Perform QA on completed videos, including pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting.
• Provide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editors.
• Maintain organized project workflows and communication across the team.

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to coordinate video projects, perform quality assurance, and keep creative workflows running smoothly.

1,800–2,500 USD per month, depending on experience. Full-time remote contractor position. International applicants are encouraged to apply!
