Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Creative Project Manager to oversee video projects, QA edits, and conduct introductory calls with prospective clients.

This is a full-time remote contractor role open to international applicants, with compensation of $2,000–$3,000 USD per month, depending on experience. You will track deadlines, review pacing and branding, provide revision feedback to editors, and collaborate across the team to keep projects on schedule in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, creative operations, video production, or a similar environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable communicating with prospective clients on calls.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Must have experience with Sales and Account Management.
• Agency, performance marketing, or client-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage video editing projects from assignment through completion
• Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables
• Perform QA on edited videos before final approval
• Review pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, formatting, and overall quality
• Provide clear revision feedback to video editors
• Conduct introductory sales calls with prospective clients
• Keep communication and project workflows organized across the team

Clients Blackbox is looking for a highly organized Creative Project Manager to manage video projects, perform QA on completed video edits, and conduct introductory calls with prospective clients.

$2,000–$3,000 USD per month, depending on experience. Full-time remote contractor position. International applicants are encouraged to apply!

Requirements
